| Kit by Janet Stauffacher - Make it small to use as an embellishment or make it larger for a pincushion; this easy soft-sculptured rose is made of soft, hand-dyed silk velvet. These instructions are for a pincushion about 4 1/2" wide. Our kit now features hand-dyed silk velvet fabric from Colour Streams in Australia. The kit includes the pattern plus everything (except for glue and a handful of fiberfill) needed to complete the pincushion: 1/8 yard of hand-dyed silk velvet for the rose, 2" by 10" of hand-dyed silk velvet for the leaves, 4 1/4" by 12" of HeatnBond, two size 9 milliners needles, needle grabber, size B Nymo bead thread, 4" square of matboard, two large washers, 10" of wire and green seed beads.
